I took my daughter here because she wanted to try sushi on our mother-daughter date. The bar is set high! I'm pretty picky about sushi and this was some of the best I've had. This will definitely be my go-to for special occasions.

Absolutely delicious... Just as good as the eagle road location, which is my favorite in the state.

Our large group was easily accommodated in this beautiful new space in Eagle and the staff were gracious and kind. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal and we all agreed that the spicy garlic edamame will be our go to appetizer. We can't wait to go back!

We had an amazing evening at Izumi! The food was so fancy and the servers were very friendly and kind. We were there with three kids and they loved it, too! We got chicken yaki, sushi and sashimi platter for 2, dumplings and of the course the edamame. Wow! We were blown away! It was beautiful and delicious!

Very good. The Hibachi chicken and shrimp was very good. Sometimes you don't need all the show the chief does. Nice quiet dinner,good food and service. Thank you Izumi.
